Your withdrawal right
This information concerns consumer contracts for the Money Lab CSV service. The service and notice versions agreed in your individual contract confirmation remain relevant.
Withdraw within 14 days
You may withdraw without giving a reason. The ordinary period is 14 days from conclusion of the service contract, provided the required withdrawal information has been supplied. Sending your declaration before the period ends is sufficient.
How to tell us
Send a clear statement to the provider by email or post, or use the Vertrag widerrufen function and its confirmation step. You do not need to sign in or give a reason. Identify the contract or the part you wish to withdraw and the email address for your acknowledgement.

The form records your declaration and its original receipt time and provides a downloadable receipt. Its acknowledgement email records that declaration; email delivery is distinct from the on-screen receipt. If the form returns an uncertain response, keep your recovery copy and use the same submission to check or recover the original request. A recovery file alone does not establish receipt. You can also contact the provider directly.
Refunds and early performance
For a valid withdrawal, payments received are returned without undue delay and within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without extra cost. We do not charge a refund fee.
For this paid service, the right ends on full performance only where the required express agreement to an early start and acknowledgement of the loss of the right on full performance were given before work began. Payment or a checked box alone does not establish full performance. The CSV pilot does not charge a partial-performance amount for a valid withdrawal before full performance.

You may use this wording in an email or letter, but it is not mandatory:
